Dotted around each level are large trailers with a car on the back e.g- on level 3 there is one in "Pravada" and the Zaibatsu building site (the one the krishna's tell you to go to on a job). All you need to do is steal a truck cab and reverse it into the trailer and, depending if you reversed to the correct end, it will pull the trailer. Then take it to a crane that isn't a car crusher and park underneath it, the crane will take the car off the trailer and put it down next to you. Bingo! One kill frenzy.
