How:
Goto the top deck of the boat, and where the whole in the middle floor is, there is a mast with a candle holder on it and what looks like a track system up it. Hit the candle holder with any gun 4/5 times and a platform will come down from the top of the mast, get on it. Once you are at the top, walk round the small platform and the redemeer will be there! To get down touch the handle thing on the back of the mast and it will slowly sink down, and when it stops, the platform will go down again.
