Retro Game Cheats for Banjo Kazooie (Nintendo 64)
Effect: Unlocks secret areas in the game previously unable to find.
When:
Head into Treasure Trove Cove and drain the water by the sandcastle by putting blue eggs into the bucket. Defeat the crab inside and get the jigsaw. Go outside and back in again.
How:
First of all using the stomp move, stomp out CHEAT (there should be a mooing noise after you hit each square)
Now enter the following cheats (this time there won't be a noise after you hit each one. Also ignore all spaces):
Unlock pink egg: OUT OF THE SEA IT RISES TO REVEAL MORE SECRET PRIZES
The small Sharkfood Island will now rise out of the sea. Go inside it, and in and out of the alcoves to the top in order to find it.
Unlock green egg: AMIDST THE HAUNTED GLOOM A SECRET IN THE BATHROOM
In Mad Monster Mansion smash all of the lit windows around the house and inside one you will find Loggo the Toilet with the egg on him.
Unlock cyan egg: DONT YOU GO AND TELL HER ABOUT THE SECRET IN HER CELLAR
Still in Mad Monster Mansion, find the wine barrel cellar around the side of the house. Stomp on the trapdoor, its is in one of the barrels inside.
Unlock blue egg: A DESERT DOOR OPENS WIDE ANCIENT SECRETS WAIT INSIDE.
In Gobis Valley find the door that can't be opened towards the west of the level. Get on a carpet, inside stomp on a switch to get it.
Unlock red egg: THIS SECRET YOULL BE GRABBIN IN THE CAPTAINS CABIN.
In Rusty Bucket Bay find the front of the ship and towards the right find some smashable portholes . Inside one should be the egg.
Unlock yellow egg: NOW BANJO WILL BE ABLE TO SEE IT ON NABNUTS TABLE.
In Click Clock Wood head into the winter door up the tree and smash a window to find Nabnut. The egg is on his table.
Unlock Ice key: NOW YOU CAN SEE A NICE ICE KEY WHICH YOU CAN HAVE FOR FREE.
In Freezeezy Peak find the walrus cave jump to the alcove where the orange Jinjo is. In there is the key.
Now enter the following cheats (this time there won't be a noise after you hit each one. Also ignore all spaces):
