Type in MOVE_OBJECTS ON Then save the current game. Click on buy mode and sell your sim (like you sell normal objects). Go back to live mide and click on the deleted sims picture (which has a red target over it).

Hold ctrl,shift,alt and C. Type "Rosebud" into the bar the follow it by as many colons and semi colons as you want. Instead of entering the code as it is, put two or three colons at the end and enter. It will say "no such cheat" but your money will increase, this is quicker than typing the code out again and again.
To return to the game delete the extra colons at the end and enter the code.
