Tobar wants a UFO in Town Hall Plaza. Make one with a blue diamond essence, gold flower essence, and a purple spaceship. (you have to be able to use 2 essences at this point) If done right,a reward is in your office.

When you have a chance to check out the computer in your office the first task is to help Ginny. While in Town Hall Plaza, remove all street lamps, trash bins, benches, ect. from the area. when u go back to your office, you should see a message on your DS screen say that the task is completed. check the BOX for your reward.

When you recieve the clue saying something like "these animals lack motion, but live near locomotives", it's talking about the pig statues in Staton Plaza. Go to Martin's house and walk from his front door. You should be able to see a rock on your right side. Investigate it and you will find the map.

Effect: Stubborn panda at Petting Zoo

First you have the gain the trust of the panda at the petting zoo. Get veggie feedings from Tobar and feed the panda once in the morning, at noon, and the evening until the panda trust you. Then tobar will need your help to get the animal out of it's enclosure. Here's how:
If the panda is moving around, ring the bell.
If the panda is standing facing you, place bamboo leaves.
If the panda is looking away, shake bamboo leaves or call to it.
If the panda is sniffing you, place stuffed animal.
Soon, you should have success.
