How:
If you've purchased the supernova or Martial law DLC packs, you'll have access to a free Detonator weapon. Go to the store and buy the weapon for 0 credits. Then fire the mines at a wall, deactivate them and retrive the mines for credits. And sell the Detonator. Buy it back and you'll find that it has full ammo again. Repeat this trick as often as you wish.
