either just before killing hollister or for more fun finish the game first so that u have all the weapons exept the cannon nok gun
How:
go to the blackfoot grounds where you met honest tom at the beginning of the game and get below the ledge where you where with ned climb the wall with a horse by spuring and jumping this may take a while and you may use a few horses but keep trying and when you finally get up go all the way to the beginning stand between the 2 small rocks in the lake and press and hold R1,L1,x, untill you hear a noise hold the buttons until the noise stops and pause the game go to the options menu and there should be the word gun in there click that to to open the mission select this cheat might not work the first time so just keep trying
