You probably have noticed the fat blue lady in the market when you are there a dog is running around her. get behind the stall by the berserk at day then play the sun's song and there should be a dog there (make sure it is following you and it is the bright colour) then play the song again and go to the fat lady and there wont be a dog (not sure if this is only for GC or 64) now go in front of her and you will notice she is looking at you!?!?
