To get a lot of cash easy. You will need a car with a turbo engine and all licence tests (xcept special)
first buy a turbo car with at least 600hp and enter the tuned turbo catagory in the 'special event' section and enter the second race on the test course track. If you car is fast enough you should win the race. You will get 50k in cash and a free car. The free car is worth 250000cr. So if you sell it you will get 300000cr for an easy race! Repeat this as many times as you want to get easy money! Oh, yeah you might want to keep one of the cars coz its VERY FAST!! have fun!

put in the code of your action replay disc: 75C6D367F5DD for over £23million then start a new game and buy the suzuki escudo pikes peak version and you will be able to win any race. apart from the races with limited horse power. This car has 981hp and can go at a max speed of near 400kph. This car can win you any race!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

enter the muscle car races in the 'special race' section and enter in for the seattle course. win the race and you will be rewarded a Shelby Cobra which is worth 75000 second hand. Also you will get 8000 for winning the race. Keep the first cobra you get and then repeatedly enter the race (i use a dodge viper to win) and sell the car each time you win. In no time you will be able to afford the car of your dreams!
