While driving a vehicle.
How:
Use the health cheat (R2 R2 L1 R1 LEFT DOWN RIGHT UP LEFT DOWN RIGHT UP) while in a vehicle that needs repair. This also works when your car is on fire. NOTE: This will not repair the visual look of your car, but will keep your car alive longer. (Any smoke/fire coming from the car will disapear)
