How:
In the swimming pool area behind the diving board there is a switch. Press it. Then go to the main hall in the mansion and to your right there will be a secret small area open, with a switch. Push it. Then quickly press the circle button once and run using the R2 button and run exactly straight forward. As you're running straight forward a door will just be closing. As still running press x to do a forward roll.
