Halo 2 Cheats for Xbox Effect: Blind Mode When: At the beginning of outskirts How: At the beginning of Outskirts jump on top of the light on top of the door with a crouch jump, then jump to the left platform. Turn to your left and go down the long dark corridor and pick up the skull; it will say blind and your screen will flash black for a while. In this mode you can not see your weapon, body, shields, ammo, or radar.To get rid of this feature use the following method:1. Turn off your XBOX or Save and Quit.2. Go to Campaign and select level and choose Cairo Station.3. Skip the cinematics and then Save and Quit.4. Go Outskirt and your hud is back. How: First, have 2 dual-wieldable weapons (a Needler and an SMG for example), but don't have them out at the same time. The Needler being the one you want extra ammo with, have the SMG out and find another Needler to dual wield with it. Then, find yet another Needler and trade that with your SMG. A skull will pass through you extemely quickly so you must start holding X a bit before you actually pass it to grab hold of it. Once you grab the Iron Skull, Iron Mode will be activated. The first one should explode sending the other in the air to explode to make a firework. P.S make sure you dont move while throwing the other plasma grenade. Submitted By: Scott:1 Effect: Gives you the Scarab Plasma Rifle When: This is to be performed on the level where you start on the tank and have to journey up the highway against the bombardment of ghosts and wraiths. The description is from the start of the level. It can be done on any difficulty level. How: It takes a very long time to activate and requires a lot of patience. To start with, head up the road, killing everything you come across (except the banshees as they are very important!!!) When you reach the top of the road, make sure there is at least one Banshee flying around. Wipe everything else out (including the marines as they will try to shoot down the banshee!). Now, try and lure it down into the tunnel. It will constantly try and fly back up to the top and into the open, but persevere and bring it through the tunnel. WHATEVER YOU DO -DO NOT BOARD THE BANSHEE AS THIS WILL STOP THE CHEAT WORKING!!! Kill any of the Covenant you cross, as well as the marines. Try and get it through the obstacles and then at the end, try and get it up through the narrow tunnels to the surface. If you have done it right, the banshee will fly through the checkpoint/loading area. Now board the banshee (make sure it has displayed the loading section first, otherwise it won't work!). Now flying the banshee, head up to the roof of the big white building in front of you. You should see a little pyramid with an exclaimation mark and a plasma rifle floating above it. Take the plasma rifle and either shoot from the roof, or fly back down to ground level. Fire the gun to see that it is just like the plasma rifle shots, but explode with the power of several plasma grenades when they hit something. Absolutely brilliant to wipe out anything that comes into your path. I think you can only keep it until the end of that level. Good luck and stand back... When: during the game How: you will need a partner, the best way to try this out is to create a multiplayer game, only 2 people are needed. you can do this cheet on xbox live or offline on multiplayer. this can work on any level but il tell you the process using the level 'coagulation' for a example. first of all, you need to change the game settings to have the starting weapon as the sword. player 1 should take the warthog vehicle to the top of the hill on either side of the level then get out of the drivers seat and sit in the passengers seet, make sure that your sword is equipt and that you can see the base on the other side of the level. with player 1 in the vehicle, player 2 takes the banshee and brings it towards player 1, player 2 then gets out of the banshee and walks upto player 1, player 1 then targets player 2 whilst sitting in the vehicle, and get the weapon to target player 2 on red, when on red press and hold attack. you will then here the sword collision noise. whilst holding down the attack button, player 2 then runs over to the banshee and flys over to the base at the other side of the level. when player 2 has reached the other side, player 1 then presses x to exit the vehicle whilst still holding attack. player 1 will then fly over the level without a vehicle to player 2. to fly higher, when flying press the jump button. Submitted By: Garydock Effect: You can use your sword to fly attack people which are really far away or reach people at the top of buildings. only 1 player needed When: during game play How: you can do this on any level and on any game type. you will need the sword and the rocket launcher. first, eqipt your rocket launcher and target an enemy, it would be best if the target wasnt moving when your practicing, then when the target is on red then press the y button to change your weapon to sword and as the wepon is changing and their is no gun on the screen, press the fire button and you will b able to fly towards the target at the distance of the rocket launchers target which is much more further away than by using the sword alone. Submitted By: Garydock Effect: keep jumping up on air to reach high places When: during game play How: when playing the game you will need 2 people. 1 person needs the sword. it is very easy to do, all u need to do is: player 1 with no sword jumps on player 2's head and jumps up again. player 2 then targets player 1 whilst whilst player 1 is in the air and presses the b button to attack player 1 that is jumping, and presses the x button straight after to cancel the attack, this makes the player with the sword jump towards player 1 that is jumpin in the air, then player 1 repeatedly presses the jump button to get higher in the air, and player 2 keeps pressing the b and x button. you will then both be floating on air. It is located on top of the bridge connecting two buildings after the tunnel. One method of reaching it is to jack a banshee and fly it through the tunnel. This is much easier on co-op. Another method is to use the flying sword exploit in conjunction with the marines and the warthogs. If you are on your own I would recommend shooting the wings off the banshee before you jack it so you can easily get through the tunnel. As soon as you jack it push forward even when you’re still throwing him out, so it doesn’t blow up. Once you’re out of the tunnel fly up to the first 2 buildings with a bridge connecting them. The gun is on that bridge but its kind of hard to see so fly low over the bridge. It is in the form of a plasma rifle and fires bursts similar to those that come from the wraith. Have the player in the warthog get in the passenger side facing the base.(must have energy sword.) Have the other player run up to the passenger side. player in warthog wait until energy sword reticule turns red. PRESS AND HOLD R- DO NOT LET GO. Have the player not in the warthog go to the other side of the level. once they are as far as possible the player in the warthog aim up above where you want to go.
