Note: This procedure involves changing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Enter The Sims folder and copy the "TemplateUserData" file to the Desktop. Rename the file to "UserData" followed by a number from "6" to "99" for the corresponding neighborhood.
Create a square wall of 7 garbage cans - tell your sim to enter the inside of the box - put one more garbage can in the last space of the box -wait for your sim to starve.
While playing a game, press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + C to display a prompt box
in the upper left corner of the screen. Then, enter - water_tool - to activate. Note: Enter
[Exclamation point] at the prompt to repeat the last cheat entered. Enter
