All costumes/sets/decades unlocked in Sandbox mode
When:
By editing the registry (warning, DO NOT attempt this if you do not know what you are doing)
How:
Search for "Allow any Decade" with Regedit. Double click the "Allow any Decade" entry and change the value data to "1". Start Sandbox mode to have access to all decades and just about all of the sets, costumes, props, etc
Use a text editor to edit the "unlocking.ini" file in the "c:\documents and settings\[username]\application data\lionhead studios\the movies" directory.
This file is not created by the game until you get the first reward in Story mode.
NOTE: BACKUP before editting!!!
How:
Replace the current content of that file with:
