Startopia Cheats for PC Games

Effect:	Enable Cheats
When:	During the game
How:	Many of the cheats in StarTopia need to use the right shift key. The right shift key is normally used in the game for camera movement so the first thing you need to do is enable it's use for cheats. Hold Down the [F11] key and type "RSHIFT". If you have been successful a random message from VAL will drop down - This means you can now use the right shift key while cheating.

Effect:	Speed the Game up: If you hold down the right shift key and press the ">" key the game will speed up, the longer you hold it down the faster it goes.
When:	During the Game
How:	How to enable it: Hold down [F11] and type "RSHIFTSPEEDUP& quot; (a VAL message will drop down once you have typed RSHIFT and another one when you finish typing SPEEDUP).

Effect:	Scuzzer Cam: Puts you in peep cam mode on each of your scuzzers in turn and allows you to flip through them.

How:	How to enable it: Hold down [F11] and type "RSHIFTSCUZZERC AM" (a VAL message will drop down once you have typed RSHIFT and another one when you finish typing SCUZZERCAM).

Effect:	Full Alpha Mode - Makes all the textures turn Semi-Transparant

How:	Hold Down the F11 key and type RSHIFT if you have been successful a random message from VAL will drop down - This means you can now use the right shift key while cheating. Now hold F11 and type XYZZY

Effect:	Take Your own Screenshots
When:	During Game
How:	Hold F11 and type SHOT The shots will be stored in C:\Station\Shots This cheat was added as a debug tool for us here at Mucky Foot so it's quite ridged (i.e. you can't pick where the shots are saved and the numbering system resets every time you play so be care full or you'll wipe over your own screen shots). The shots are stored as pure TGA images these are large uncompressed files beware.

Effect:	Auto Win - Automatically wins current level.
When:	During Game
How:	Hold F11 and type RSHIFTLEVELWIN From then on if you are horribly stuck on a level RightShift and Keypad #6 key will win the level. Note: You need to turn NumLock off for this to work.

How:	How to enable it: Hold F11 & type CLIVEROOLZ Use Once = traditional 256x192 pixel Spectrum mode. Twice = high-res Spectrum mode (i.e. using whatever rez you chose). Thrice = back to normal.
