At the rotating pipe, use any items you can drop such as bananas, fake item boxes or shells. Any opponents falling off here will have to take a longer route to the moving blocks section. Additionally, if you get an item such as the star or bullet bill than can harm opponents, save it for this point. Even lightning and bloopers can cause enemies to fall off, or you try and hit them with shells. Just try anything here to knock opponents, especially those who generally finish in high positions, off the pipe. |

pier. There is a small ramp before the mud, use a mushroom toget enough speed to jump over the water and land on the other
at the other side of the water. This can be done without a mushroom, but you have to do 150cc for it and you have to be either really good or extremly luky. Try to hit the ramp befor
you drive over the mud so you don't loose any speed, it's hard to
do it this way, so just use a mushroom.
