Once you have complete the game, return to the Central tower with the Central key and beat a series of new bosses found in the E1 section behind a locked door. After you have defeated Eight Tails The Secret Vending machine will appear, blocking one of the doors.

Get the Tianna Key which will enable you to unlock a new area.
When:
During the game.
How:
Deploy some Mechanaloids to the Tianna Prison. (This gives you access to an extra boss)
Simply defeat Rafflessian inside the locked door in The Tianna camp (use the Tianna key, as described above). X-armor will make the game much much easier.
