Jeice and Burter, win the fight with Normal Goku in the first position and Normal Gohan in the second position.Then in Story 8: The Big Duel! Cap. Ginyu Emerges, talk to Krillin once, then go to Vegeta's spaceport, which lies in the upper-left hand corner of the map, to find a Feint Card or a Battle Jacket. Then go back to Frieza's spaceship and find the Dragonballs. Summon Porunga, by saying "Yes." Then, when you are about to fight Ginyu and Jeice, Vegeta will be unlocked.
