Goto the city with the fourth gym and enter the big house. Break all of the rocks and fall down one of the holes to wake them up . Then just go and try to find them in the wild. When you see one, its location will appear in your pokedex but everytime you go to another city or gym it will move to a different location.
Go to prof Elm and then go bye TM6 then use it on pidgey then it will turn into hm6 ( HM 06 contains every move even the ones TM's can't teach you, can teach it to any pokemon, even if its not compatible with the move just choose what move you want to teach your pokemon
