If a guest gets really annoyed by say, the stae of your park then click on raise/lower water level then make a REALLY high tower filled with water. Then put some fancy flowers around it or some trees or benches just something fancy then drown the guest. Because the tower is so high other guests can't see what is going on up there and think it is a simple decoration and like the look of it therefore boosting your park ratings while killing the annoying ones.
