How:
During the game, build any farm or industry. I will use apple farm as example. Build the apple farm, click on it, then click P to pause. Click the sleep button or zzz on the apple farm twice. Then, press P again to resume. The farm will say it has 0 workers and will send another, so you will have 2. Repeat if necessary.
