Enter at the cheat menu:FREEALL, once you have done this buy lots of thinks and you will not cost you, then reset the ps2 and sell all of them.

How:
Hold L1/L2/R1/R2 at the same time, you will get the cheat menu. Enter MIDAS, then make a new sim, and start a life BUT only get into the hot tube and choose 'play' whilst you sims are 'playing' in the hot tub, press start and quit without saving. Now you will have all objects, 2 player games and creating options unlocked.

When your playing the game select paintbrush and hold the sqaure button to sell a section of wallpaper. When you release the square button hit it repeatedly so it sells over and over again until you have as much money as you want.
