This cheat involves jumping the gap in the callaghan bridge (Easier than it sounds)
How:
Get a cop car (the ones from the cop station are best if they are unlocked as you dont get chased). Go to the bridge and get past the barriers. now activate the flyin cars cheat and taking aslong a run up as possible drive straight for the gap. The car should just fly over the bridge onto the next island - hey presto the welcome screen for staunton island will come up. U can then use the subway to get to the third island and the airport!
