on the second level theres a hole in the wall you'll know cause a rat squeals at you from it on the opening screen of the bank vault level. Throw a grenade in here (you may need the cheats if you don't have one) then head out into the bank and shoot the rat which is scurrying about in one of the central rooms. Now all rats will have desert eagles and want your head!!!
