Effect: Defeat Quiet easily
When:
In game, during Quiet's boss fight
How:
Make sure you have the Rocket Arm equipped and approach Quiet from the side or behind.

Once you're close, fire the Rocket Arm from behind cover and increase speed to maximum so she can't dodge it.

Repeat this a few more times for an easy win.

(Also works in the extreme version)
