To see the full ending of the game, you need to collect all 22 crew members for your ship, the Delphinus. For each one you miss you lose a small part of the ending. Here's where they all are:
Lawrence, helmsman: Next to Sailor's Guild on Sailor's Island, pay him 10k GP to join you.
Don, helmsman: Once you've sailed around the world, talk to him in the bar in Esperanza.
Brabham, engineer: Joins you when you've built your base on Crescent Island.
Hans, engineer: Once on disc 2, return to Horteka twice and talk to him there twice.
Khazim, gunner: When Nasrad is destroyed, talk to him on top of the outside wall.
Belle, gunner: Speak to her at the dock on Crescent Island once you arrive at your base the first time.
Tikitika, lookout: Discover the Ixa'ness Village near Horteka, then talk to him.
Domingo, lookout: Find 30 discoveries then talk to him at Gordon's Bistro.
Osman, merchant: Talk to her once Nasrad is destroyed.
Kalifa, merchant: Once you've bought a Suiran Blade in Yafutoma, go to Maramba and talk to her.
Izmael, builder: Joins you when your base is built on Crescent Island.
Kirala, builder: Tell here you love her work when you talk to her in Yafutoma.
Urala, cook: After recruiting Kirala, talk to Urala in the tavern at Yafutoma.
Polly, cook: Talk to her in the tavern on Sailor's Island.
Llychymis, artisan: Learn the Riselem spell, visit his sky island twice and talk to him.
Ryu-kan, artisan: Once you are Vyse the Hero, talk to him on his island near Yafutoma.
Marco, sailor: Hiding in a locker on your ship.
Robinson, sailor: After getting Polly, you'll find Robinson in the second part of the Dark Rift.
Pow, jester: Talk to the children on Pirate's Island after getting the Delphinius.
Merida, jester: Show her the note you found in the lighthouse on Sailor's Island when you get to Horteka.
Pinta, delegate: Talk to him on Sailor's Island once you have the Delphinius.
Moegi, delegate: Joins you once you've saved Yafutoma from the Blue Gigas. |

Walk around until you find the dead end with the rocks. Turn to the left and hit 'a' and the wall will open up and you will be under the ground where they hid the women and children. |

Near begging of game, on pirate isle. |
| How: |
Begin a game and pass the part with Alfonso's ship, then return to your island. Get out of the underground base of Pirate Isle. Aika will say that she needs to freshen up a bit. Go to her house, then face towards the door. Go all the way to the left left until you see a clothesline. In that one corner you will see, pasted on the wall of that house corner, a handkerchief. Inspect the handkerchief and you will see a hidden FMV sequence of how Aika looks with her hair down. |

| How: |
Move your ship one square left, then three squares up and dig for the first piece. Then move six squares right then one square up. Than give it to Ryu-ken to make Vyse's ultimate weapon. |
