Spend all of your money on toys because when you get your bag stolenyou will loose all your money anyway, but if you spend it on toys you can sell them afterwards to get most of your money back.
As in Aberdeen you can carry crates in Kowloon at a big warehouse.
How to get there: when you first enter Kowloon (Dragon street) go straight ahead and up the stairs go past all the stalls and you should be in a large area, turn left and go strait for a shot while and on the left you should see a big warehouse with a man in a white vest standing outside. press Y to start a conversation about money and ask him about part time jobs, he will tell you that he needs someone to help him carry crates. come back here any time if you need money.

How:
Carry crates at the pier until you have HK$100 then stay at the pier and ask people about gambling. They will point you towards one of two places. Both places has a sign outside saying the minimum and maximum bet. go to the one that says min HK$100 max HK$500. when your inside ask the man how to play and he will tell you the odds of each part of the board. SAVE THE GAME!!! so you can restart if you loose then place your bet on the one with the highest odds and if you win you will have over HK$500 so play again but bet HK$500 this time. When you Have about HK$5000
you will have enough money to last you the est of the game plus leave a little extra to spend in the arcade WOOHOO!!!
Disk three when you have to figt the street fighters.

Run around all the time so he can't catch you then run in and use the oblique air Kick (hold R and press A) then dodge backwards (back+Y)so you don't get caught then repeat the process until he falls. after this you will have to do four QTE's Down+Y Left+Y Right+Y (not always in that order)then Left+X+A to use the counter elbow assault on him OUCH! Then give yourself a pat on the back.
